Supported under Belanjawan MADANI by the Ministry of Finance (MOF), Program SINAR (Sokongan Inklusif Autisme, dan Komuniti Rentan) YSD reflects Yayasan Sime Darby’s (YSD) commitment to addressing two pressing social challenges — teenage pregnancies and autism — through inclusive, community-driven support systems that empower vulnerable individuals and families to move forward with dignity and confidence.

Since its introduction in December 2024, the programme has reached over 49,500 individuals, including teenage mothers, girls at risk, children living with autism, and vulnerable families, through 14 initiatives implemented nationwide. Together with implementing partners including Pertubuhan Pembangunan Insan Sarawak, i-Medik, Good Shepherd Services, ReHak, and OrphanCare Foundation, Program SINAR YSD delivers holistic support through shelter services, reproductive health education, mobile outreach, counselling, and community awareness programmes.

At the heart of the programme is the belief that meaningful change begins with compassion, trust, and safe spaces for recovery and growth.
